 From playing science baseball to shaving cream math, the students in this room have a lot of learning going on! Below you will see pictures from some of our coolest lessons!
Have you ever wanted to play baseball during the school day? Well, here we show pictures of students answering science questions worth so many bases and then running the bases. We used this strategy to help review all of the Science information that students had learned in grades K-4! They enjoyed this game and could have played for hours....while learning!
Our room smells...so clean? Well, it at least smells like shaving cream. Last week, each child's desk was covered in shaving cream so that students could practice their math facts. Students were given a range of multiplication problems that they worked out and answered in the shaving cream. Students really enjoyed this assignment and it allowed them a chance to get their desk clean!
Predator/Prey- In Science students camouflaged butterflies and hid them throughout our classroom. The game was to teach what it is like to think as both the predator and the prey! Below are pictures of the predators searching for their prey!
