Ag Day is an important part of our rural community.  Each year Blissfield FFA and other students share with our elementary students what they have learned in Ag science classes.  Classroom teachers sign up for a block of time and their students learn about various farm animals.  Did you know that a baby pig weighs 2 to 3 pounds when it is farrowed (born) and in just 6 months it will weigh 275 pounds!  Now that is a lot of bacon!!!!
