History: The Intenational Thespian society is an horary society for high school theatre students with troupes in more than 3,900 schools across North America. The society was founded in the late 1920's with the mission to promote and strengthen theatre arts education. Since its inception, the society has inducted more than two million students. Some famous members of this society include Julia Louis-Dreyfus, John Goodman, Jaclyn Smith and Wayne Brady. Blissfield Troupe #6353: Our troupe currently has 20 active members, all of whom have shown great dedication to theatre arts. They are actors, dancers, musicians, designers, painters, carpenters, artists, and above all, hard workers who have dedicated themselves to the pursuit of excellence in the theatre arts.
