2nd Grade uses the BELL for Amphibians and Reptiles for life science. The lab is used for physical attributes that can be studied by using the animal’s skin texture. Investigations with the life cycle of the plant are also made.
2nd grade classes visited the BELL and looked for observable characteristics and recorded their findings.
Mr. Paul McCormick came in to the 2nd grade classrooms and talked about the differences between amphibians and reptiles. Mrs. Mill's students observed the differences between the two phyla.
Mrs. Seidl's and Mrs. Mill's classes experience the dissection of a sheep's eye.
